Community Companion is in mobile beta. The fastest path for support is to include your account email, the group or organization involved, and the link or screen where you got stuck.

Invite or join link issues

If a join link opens the web fallback instead of the app, install the beta first, then reopen the original link from Messages, Mail, or your browser.

Sign in and account access

The mobile beta supports native sign-in. Sign in with the same method and email your leader used for the invite.

Privacy and deletion

For account deletion, data questions, or group privacy concerns, email support with the account email and organization or group name.

Before you email

Send enough context to reproduce the issue.

Which platform and OS version you are using.

Whether you opened the link from Mail, Messages, Safari, or another app.

The group or organization name, if the issue is related to access.

A screenshot when it helps explain the problem.
